Shift: Rotational (Morning/Night)

Job Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction: Handle inbound calls for account creation or maintenance in the Customer Resource Information System (CRIS).
- Account Management:
- Create new customer accounts using the Program Enrollment Application (PEA).
- Complete account address changes.
- Convert customers to regular scheduled pickups and send notifications to the Package Centers.
- Perform account cancellations.
- Order Management: Order shipping supplies for customers.
- Service Assistance:
- Help customers obtain contract service agreements (e.g., Alcohol/Hazmat).
- Request Sales contact when necessary.
- Program Management: Manage new accounts through associations (e.g., American Bar Association, Travel Association).
Qualifications
- Education: Any Graduate
- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Language:
- Mandatory: English, Hindi
- Optional: Marathi
Selection Process
