Walk-in Interview Details:

  • Date: 6th July 2024
  • Time: 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM
  • Venue: Infosys Limited, Hinjewadi, Pune, Maharashtra, Plot No. 1, Phase 1, Building-1, Hinjewadi Rajiv Gandhi Infotech Park, Building B1, Ground Floor

Documents to Carry:

  1. Updated resume (printed copy)
  2. Any two photo IDs (PAN Card, Driving License, Voter ID card, Passport)
  3. Original education documents for verification (10th, 12th, Graduation semester-wise mark sheets, CMM, Provisional and Original Degree)

Important Note:
Do not carry laptops or cameras to the venue due to security restrictions. An original government ID card is required for security clearance.

Job Description:

RTR (Record to Report) Role:

  • Experience in General Ledger Accounting, Treasury Accounting, Bank Reconciliations, Balance Sheet Account Reconciliations, Journals review, Fixed Assets Accounting, Month-End close activities, etc.
  • Experience in finance operations, especially RTR/GL/Reporting processes in a BPO/Shared Services environment.
  • Exposure to SAP ERP in a multi-country environment with Shared Services.
  • Preferred background: Manufacturing, Service Industry, Equipment Provider.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Access, and Macros.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
  • Commitment to quality work and expertise in RTR processes like Bank Reconciliations, Treasury Accounting, Fixed Assets Accounting, Journal Processing, Month-End Closing, Reconciliation, and Reporting.
  • Ensure timely review and closure of open items as per Month-end activity.

OTC (Order to Cash) Role:

  • Accounts Receivables, Cash Application, and allocation.
  • Collections by connecting with customers via emails and phone.
  • Understanding of Credit Management and Credit Insurance follow-up.
  • Cash flow forecasting, Order approvals, and other monthly reporting.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP is preferable.

Educational Qualification:

  • Graduates with any Commerce degree can apply.

Experience Required:

  • 1 to 3 years of experience.

Selection Process:

  • Shortlisting based on qualifications.
  • Telephonic or field interview for shortlisted candidates.
  • Shortlisted candidates will be informed via registered mobile number or email ID.

Languages Required:

  • Mandatory: English, Hindi
