Job Description
As a Customer Support Associate, you will be responsible for:
- Providing customer service and handling online product delivery inquiries.
- Sharing information with customers using available tools and resources via phone support.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist customers with their inquiries.
- Leverage available tools and information to provide solutions.
- Handle customer calls effectively.
Skills Required
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work in 24/7 shifts.
- Commitment to no planned leaves for the first three months.
- Ability to work 9-hour shifts (8 hours work, 1-hour break).
Educational Qualification
- Open to Undergraduates and Graduates.
Technical Requirements
- Personal laptop with Windows 10 or 11.
- 8GB RAM.
- Own broadband/WiFi connection.
- Processor: Intel i5 or above.
- Power backup.
- Noise-cancellation USB headset (Reimbursement of ₹1000/- provided).
Eligibility Criteria
- Age: 18 to 55 years.
- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Gender: Both Male and Female candidates are welcome.
Selection Process
- Shortlisting based on qualifications.
- Telephonic or field interview.
- Notification via registered mobile number or email if shortlisted.
Salary Details
- Freshers: ₹13,500 per month (in-hand).
- Experienced (Minimum 1 year in BPO or 2 years in any service industry): ₹16,100 per month (in-hand).
Language Requirements
- Mandatory: English, Hindi
- Preferred but not Mandatory: Marathi
