Job Description:

  • Generate MIS reports (weekly, monthly sales reports, sales budget compilation annually, GMS forecast quarterly).
  • Handle customer orders, queries, and schedules efficiently and accurately.
  • Monitor and ensure the complete execution of orders.
  • Provide data and support to the supply chain planner.
  • Report delivery deviations to customers.
  • Implement improvement actions to reduce administrative errors.
  • Support sales managers and engineers with customer requirements and system usage.
  • Review orders as per contract and settle customer claims.
  • Acknowledge orders, queries, and order status reports.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inquiries from IREPS and Direct OEM customers.
  • Participate in tenders.
  • Follow up with various departments for timely deliveries.
  • Coordinate with manufacturing units (overseas and domestic) for stock and documentation.
  • Create and update new customer and product masters.

Required Skills:

  • Experience in handling key customer accounts and business units.
  • Knowledge of commercials, supply chain, import/export, forecasting, MIS, etc.
  • Experience in leading and coaching a customer service team.
  • Stakeholder management and collaborative approach.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Timely response to customer inquiries.
  • Order management and on-time delivery.
  • Customer complaint handling.
  • Meeting business targets.
  • Deployment of tools and processes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Graduate
  • Age: 18 to 55 years
  • Experience: 1 to 5 years
  • Languages: English and Hindi (mandatory), Marathi (optional)
