Job Description: As a Healthcare Recruiter at Randstad, you will be responsible for sourcing candidates from job boards, meeting monthly hiring goals, establishing relationships with consultants, and managing candidate negotiations and tracking through ATS.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle the complete recruitment life cycle for Life Sciences clients (Pharmaceutical, Medical Devices, Manufacturing).
- Attract top talent by executing a robust recruiting strategy.
- Develop action plans to identify qualified candidates through various job portals and social media.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and job boards.
- Achieve a good conversion ratio of submittals into interviews and placements.
- Regularly interact with team and business unit heads to discuss requirements, sourcing strategies, and future needs.
- Source candidates from job boards, Gr8 People, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other sites.
- Meet monthly hire goals.
- Screen candidates and educate them on potential job opportunities.
- Submit qualified candidates to job requirements.
- Update and track candidates in ATS/GR8 people in real time.
- Process and contact qualified candidates via phone, email, or web.
- Work all assigned job orders until filled.
- Attend daily/weekly requirement meetings.
- Establish relationships with consultants.
- Negotiate with candidates and solicit referrals.
- Conduct text recruit/email campaigns.
- Meet or exceed weekly/monthly expectations.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills.
- Strong written communication skills.
- 2-4 years of recruiting experience (Technology Staffing Industry/Customer Service preferred).
- Strong work ethic and commitment.
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Age Requirement:
- 18 to 55 years
Experience Required:
- Minimum 1 year experience in Technology Staffing Industry/Customer Service preferred.
Selection Process:
- Shortlisting and telephonic or field interview.
- Shortlisted candidates will be informed via registered mobile number or email.
Salary:
- Dependent on interview performance.
Languages Required:
- English and Hindi (mandatory)
- Marathi (preferred but not mandatory)
