Job Description:
- Receive and log all incoming calls at the help desk.
- Direct complaints and requests to the relevant departments or vendors based on priority.
- Track and monitor the progress of each complaint/request until completion.
- Maintain records of internal and external customer complaints and their resolutions.
- Provide work orders to maintenance personnel for user requests/complaints.
- Close out client work orders and follow up on pending tasks.
- Escalate unresolved complaints according to escalation procedures.
- Initiate emergency procedures during system failures.
- Update callers on the status of their requests and gather feedback after resolution.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports including call completion times, manpower utilization, pending calls, and costs incurred.
Skills Required:
- Good negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle telephone etiquette professionally.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Hindi preferred.
- Basic computer skills including MS Office.
Educational Qualification:
- Graduation in any field, preferably with a background in Hospitality.
Experience:
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.
Age Limit: 18 to 55 years
Selection Process:
- Shortlisting based on qualifications followed by telephonic or face-to-face interviews.
