Job Description
As a Representative, Operations, you will:
- Interface with customers via calls, emails, or chats.
- Provide customer service or technical support.
- Resolve routine issues related to client’s products or services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Understand and clarify customer requirements.
- Use decision-support tools to resolve customer issues.
- Greet customers courteously and professionally.
- Maintain basic knowledge of client products/services.
Skills Needed:
- Complete accurate work and notate accounts as required.
- Engage in activities to improve customer satisfaction and business performance.
- Offer additional products/services.
- Document and retrieve information in the call tracking database.
- Respond to customer inquiries using various resources.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Proficient in computer navigation and PC usage.
- Effective written and verbal communication.
- Dependable with attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task and adapt quickly.
- Work well independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrate patience and maintain a pleasant demeanor.
- Ability to rotate shifts as needed.
- Additional experience/skills may be required based on location/program.
Special Note for Content Moderator Role:
- Job involves reviewing explicit content (text, pictures, videos).
- Ensure content complies with client’s terms of service.
- Handle sensitive content with focus and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Education: Graduate/Undergraduate in any discipline (varies by job requirement).
- Age: 18 to 55
- Experience: Freshers/Experienced candidates can apply.
Languages Required
- Mandatory: English, Hindi
- Optional: Marathi
