Job Description:
As an Executive in Operations and Service, you will be responsible for managing the processing of the Two-Wheeler business disbursement process. This role requires publishing and tracking of MIS, ensuring the smooth flow of documents from Sales to Branch Ops to the Back-office, and coordinating with various teams for seamless operations. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Driving the QC process for the Two-Wheeler business.
- Ensuring timely completion of the QC process with the desired quality.
- Tracking document movement and coordinating with the back-office team.
- Liaising with PMO & IT for issue resolution.
- Publishing and tracking multiple MIS reports.
- Communicating new processes to branches and ensuring compliance.
- Managing team and branch operations to meet targets.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong team management and relationship management skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- High motivation and self-starter attitude.
Educational Qualification and Experience:
- Any graduate can apply.
- Minimum 1 to 4 years of relevant experience required.
- Age requirement: 18 to 55 years.
