Job Description
As an Accounts Payable specialist at Zensar Technologies, you will be responsible for managing the accounts payable department and ensuring the companyтАЩs financial obligations are met efficiently. Your duties will include:
- Supervising the accounts payable staff.
- Ensuring compliance with internal deadlines and accuracy of accounting ledgers.
- Managing general ledger, accounts payable, and project accounting.
- Liaising with external/internal auditors.
- Ensuring compliance with current accounting standards (Ind AS).
Roles and Responsibilities
- Track and manage company financial expenditures.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of financial transactions.
- Validate and process various invoices, including general overhead, subcontractor, and travel reimbursements.
- Monitor transactions with external vendors and contractors.
Skills and Qualifications
- Educational Qualification: Any Graduate
- Experience: Minimum 1 to 2 years in a relevant field
- Age Requirement: 18 to 55 years
- Languages: English and Hindi (mandatory); Marathi (optional)
