Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor disputed transactions for potential fraudulent activity.
- Evaluate, investigate, and process chargebacks.
- Review accounts and provide provisional credits.
- Investigate fraud claims raised by customers.
- Complete tasks related to data entry, follow-up on requests, complaint management, filing dispute forms, fee waivers, merchant credit release, fund transfers, account maintenance, general correspondence, and research.
- Ensure tasks are completed within established turnaround times.
Skills Required:
- Team player
- Responsible for achieving individual key performance indicators while maintaining appropriate operational risk control and compliance.
Educational Qualifications
- Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Age Requirement: 18 to 55 years old
- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
