Job Description
- Conduct verifications of stated credentials provided by clients for their candidates or vendors.
- Perform according to business-specific KPIs of productivity and quality targets.
- Maintain real-time trackers and master logs.
- Successfully complete client engagement deliverables within timelines, ensuring high-quality work delivery.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ability to adapt to process changes.
- Monitor progress and ensure supervisors are informed about progress and expected outcomes.
Skills Required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to interact cross-functionally and with senior staff.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work well in teams.
- Basic understanding of IT systems and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).
- Ability to work under pressure with stringent deadlines and tough client conditions.
- Demonstrate integrity, values, principles, and work ethic.
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
Age Requirement
- Minimum age: 18
- Maximum age: 55
