Responsibilities:
- OTC Billing Expertise: Manage end-to-end OTC processes including billing, credit rebill, and dispute management.
- Invoice Management: Create and distribute invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely rollout in coordination with order management, inventory, and customer support teams.
- Quality Control: Cross-check orders and invoices against contracted terms for billing consistency, perform monthly quality checks.
- Dispute Handling: Handle billing disputes efficiently.
- Process Documentation: Create and maintain billing process documentation, ensure adherence to SOX & internal controls.
- Process Improvement: Seek ways to improve processes and support improvement initiatives.
- Reporting: Provide analytical information and generate reports for process analysis.
- Accuracy Check: Ensure high accuracy in billing processes.
Requirements:
- Language: Must be fluent in French (B1 certification or higher), English, and Hindi. Knowledge of Marathi is a plus.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in B.Com/BBA/MBA/M.Com.
- Experience: 1-3 years of relevant experience.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills, ability to work under pressure, organized, detail-oriented, maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
