Job Description:
- Improve customer onboarding process via the VRM Channel.
- Support frontline business to deliver seamless banking experience to customers.
Responsibilities:
- Handle merchant interactions and KYC fulfilment in the VRM Channel.
- Adhere to all regulatory KYC requirements.
- Ensure compliant customer onboarding.
- Identify and address KYC gaps.
- Serve as the first line of defense for the bank.
- Escalate KYC exceptions as needed.
- Document customer interactions and dispositions accurately.
- Continuously review and improve internal monitoring processes.
Skills Required:
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Effective engagement and calling skills.
- Basic analytical, judgment, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Knowledge of Finacle, Call Centre Tools, and CMS is preferred.
Educational Qualifications:
- Degree holder.
- Certifications in Operations, MS Office are an advantage.
Age Requirement:
- 18 to 55 years old.
Experience Required:
- 1-2 years of experience in the banking industry, preferably in KYC, account services, or banking operations.
