Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare weekly vendor and employee payment batches for ZS entities.
- Initiate payments using SAP through automated upload and/or manual setup.
- Participate in banking integration for new bank/entity setup.
- Familiarize yourself with ZS’s global payment process.
- Collaborate with bankers as needed.
- Review and manage bank reconciliation open items, keeping the aging under control.
- Manage employee and vendor queries via common and personal mailboxes.
- Act as an SME and mentor team members on operational topics.
- Contribute to work projects and share process improvement ideas.
- Analyze vendor spend and provide high-level dashboards/executive summaries.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Age Requirement: 18 to 55 years.
- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Languages: English and Hindi (mandatory); Marathi (optional).
