Job Description

The Ops Support Specialist 4 is an entry-level position responsible for providing operational support services. Key responsibilities include:

  • Record/documentation maintenance
  • Storage & retrieval of records
  • Account maintenance
  • Imaging and opening accounts
  • Acting as a liaison between operations staff, relationship managers, project managers, custodians, and clients.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Follow established procedures to complete complex assignments.
  • Resolve problems requiring in-depth investigation or research.
  • Provide team assistance, including serving as a subject matter expert, leading special projects, training new hires, and providing daily guidance to lower-level employees.
  • Conduct basic analysis and research.
  • Support a wide array of products and services.
  • Communicate pertinent information to senior managers.
  • Support activities that help mitigate organizational loss or impact.
  • Assess risk when making business decisions.
  • Drive compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
  • Escalate, manage, and report control issues with transparency.

Skills Required

  • Proficient in computer and math skills, focusing on complex databases and spreadsheets.
  • Demonstrates technical and administrative expertise.
  • Consistently pays attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of activities, policies, and procedures of a basic work area.
  • Open to working in a 24/7 environment and night shifts.
  • Experience in live chat support.

Educational Qualifications

  • Any graduate can apply.

Experience Required

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a customer service associate.
